These savoury, seasoned Goat Meat bites in our popular Holy Grail and Herby blends are clay-baked (meaning they cook in their own juices) to perfection.

The Clay baking process creates an intense gamey Goat’s flavour that’s crunchy on the outside and moist inside.

The Goat bites are dusted with our Scotch Bonnet & Sichuan blend for an aromatic medium heat after taste. 

A delightful snack for the nutrition conscious and discerning palate.

FLAVOUR PROFILE 

Goat’s Meat does have an intense gamey flavour, sweeter than Lamb but less sweet in comparison to Beef.

TRADITIONAL METHOD

The Goat Meat pieces have been cured using traditional and centuries old West African process of curing meat, marinated in our All Purpose Holy Grail Spice blend and Wild Herby blend, cold pressed Organic Coconut oil and slow cooked in a Claypot.

To ensure the freshness of our products they’re made to order. Each batch is made in small quantities and we never compromise on the flavours.

Each order will come to you Vacuum packed and must be refrigerated immediately or freeze if not consumed within 3 days.
