Introducing our new cured Prime Cut Beef flavoured Chilli sauce packed with so much FLAVOUR
Our in house Flavour Creator Chef Fafa has used centuries old West African process of curing Beef whilst carefully infusing unique aromatic spices, Red Peppers and herbs in making this delicious Toloo Beefy Sauce.
The cured Prime Cut Beef pieces together with smoked Beef Short Ribs shreds have been marinated in our All Purpose Holy Grail Spice blends and gently smoked in a Claypot.
The Beef pieces and shreds are then slow cooked in a rich, medium heat, smoky & sweet Red Pepper and Onion sauce in the Claypot slowly for 5 days.
