Pink Himalayan salted Tilapia blended with aromatic herbs and  African spices. An intense and Salty taste of the Sea. A perfect inclusion to your dishes for that distinctive, all natural West African Umami flavour. 

 USES

Add to your stews, sauces, soups & gravy for that ultimate Ghanaian Umami flavour. 
Best used in Goat Meat Stews, Fish soup,  Spinach soup, Abomu, Raw Pepper (Spicy Salsa), Angwa Mo or Coconut Rice.

Pink Himalayan Salt, cured Tilapia, herbs and spices; make this flavoured Salt for general cooking.
