Charred Red Pepper Abomu in a Clay Grinding bowl using our Koobi blend
Inspired by the Ghanaian Abomu (a sauce made in the local Asanka (Clay Grinding Bowl) is this roast Red Pepper version with our in-house Koobi blend which is delicious.
To make this you’ll need;
INGREDIENTS
1 large Red Pepper
1 large Onion
1 tablespoonful of Buy Ndudu Koobi blend
1 Habanero Chiili / 10 Kpakposhito (Pettie Belle Chillies) - The amount of Chillies should suit your personal preference
Salt to taste
