Please note the single delivery of items other than large heavy orders will be charged from £7.99 for weights up to 999g, £9.99 for weights between 1kg-3kg.

Items up to 1.3kg are sent via Royal Mail 24 hrs, tracked and signature policy, where larger items are sent via the Royal Mail 48hrs, tracked and signature policy. 

You will be able to select your delivery date during checkout and can amend your delivery date by sending us an email - sales@buyndudu.com and we will try our best to assist you. 

Please note as delivery is by a third party company, we cannot guarantee delivery before, after or at a specified time

Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. This excludes the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, some remote areas of Scotland and the Scottish Islands.

Fresh food particularly may not be sent to these locations due to the transit times. If it is possible to arrange delivery to these areas due to the product in question, a surcharge may be payable

All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain a signature because the recipient is out, please contact the delivery service via their process of communication.

Buy Ndudu does not offer an International Delivery Service for online orders, however our Food Concierge Team are happy to advise what products can be sent overseas. Please contact them on sales@buyndudu.com

You can place an order online from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to a UK mainland address

Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us. Please note we do not deliver to third party courier companies.
