Slow baked Goat Meat Shanks in Holy Grail Blend
TO CURE THE GOAT SHANKS
4 Goat Shanks from specialty butchers or Lamb Shanks
2 tablespoonful of Pink Himalayan Salt
1 teaspoonful of Buy Ndudu Holy Grail Blend
BAKING THE GOAT SHANKS
1 teaspoonful of Buy Ndudu All purpose Holy Grail blend
2 fresh sprigs of Rosemary
3 bulbs of Rosemary
2 Bay leaves
Place your Goat Shanks in a bowl that has a lid
Add the Salt and Holy Grail blend
Mix everything till the Meat is well coated
Cover the Meat with the lid of the bowl and allow it to sit for 24hrs
After 24hrs carefully wash the Meat under Cold running water to get rid of the excess salt
Once washed place your Goat Shanks in a Claypot or Roasting pot with a lid.
Add the Buy Ndudu Holy Grail blend, Rosemary, Garlic bulbs, Olive oil and Bay Leaves.
Mix till well combined and allow to sit for an hour. Preheat your oven to 160*c and slow bake the Goat Shanks for an hour and a half.
You can make pulled Goat Meat sandwich, Goat Meat fried Rice, Goat Meat Tomato stew etc
