INGREDIENTS
250g of Paella Rice
400ml of Water
1 tablespoonful of Buy Ndudu’s Bill blend (smoked Shrimp blend)
1 tablespoonful of Buy Ndudu’s Dzolof Blend
150g of Squid or Cuttlefish
500g of Black King Prawns
200g of Mussels
200g of Clams
300g of Chopped Tin Tomatoes
150g of diced Red Bell Peppers
1 large diced Onions
Salt and freshly milled Black Peppercorns to taste
