INGREDIENTS
400g of soaked Black eyed Beans
250g of washed Thai Hom Mali rice or Jasmine rice
2.2 litres of water
2 heaped teaspoonful of Buy Ndudu Spiced Sorghum Tea
20g of Organic cold pressed Coconut oil
1 Habanero Chilli
2 Bayleaves
Half a teaspoon of Bicarbonate Soda or Akaun (Optional)
Salt to taste
