The Herby drop doughnut recipe
To a mixing bowl add the Salt, Holy Grail spice blend, Herby blend, 2 tablespoonful of Sugar and plain flour.
Mix everyone together till it’s well combined
Add the water and mix will you have a wet dough.
Cover the dough with cling film and place it in a warm place to double up in size
Add your preferred oil to your Wok or Deep pan and heat for about 5 minutes
With clean and wet hands, scoop the wet dough and pipe it into the hot oil through your thumb and forefinger.
Fry the doughnuts for 3 minutes on each side and place on a cooling rack
In a bowl mix the remaining Sugar and half a teaspoon of the Herby blend.
Toss the doughnuts into the flavoured sugar and serve with your favourite drink.
