Tomatoes Rice Tahdig recipe

INGREDIENTS
300g of Jasmine Rice
180ml of water
1 teaspoonful of Buy Ndudu Koobi Salt or any salt to taste
80g of butter
4 tablespoonful of Olive oil
450g of baby Plum tomatoes
5-8 Basil leaves
2 Bay leaves
1 tablespoonful of Buy Ndudu Rose Harissa or 1 Scotch Bonnet or Habanero Chilli
