San Marzano Dried Tomatoes are a superior variety of tomato prized for their firm flesh, low acidity, and sweet flavor.

Rich in vitamins and minerals, these dried tomatoes can be cooked or eaten raw in a variety of dishes for added texture and flavour.

The low moisture drying process helps to preserve the rich, intense flavour and nutrients of the tomatoes.

If you’ve purchased any of our popular Dzolof Seasoning blend then you’ve tasted our in house dried San Marzano Tomatoes.

USES

Soak for 5 minutes to rehydrate . Reserve the water for another Tomato based recipe.

Add the rehydrated tomatoes into Olive oil (ensuring the Olive oil covers the Tomatoes completely) and slowly cook on the lowest heat possible for 5-8 minutes.

Use as you would Sundried Tomatoes for your Pasta Sauce, Pizza toppings, Canapés toppings, Sandwiches and more…
