Versatile handmade Clay Bowl from Ghana used as a grinding and serving bowl.

Hand wash with soap and water using the Nylon Dish Sponge.

Suitable for the dishwasher.

CARE

Once used and washed, bake it in the Oven at 180*c for 15 minutes.

OPTIONAL - Use unscented oil and a Kitchen paper towel to glaze the surfaces.
Store in a dry place once cooled down 

 

1 * THE HAND CARVED PESTLE

Hand carved wooden pestle used as a grinder together with the Earthen Clay Bowl.

CARE

Wash in soapy water using the Nylon Dish sponge. Avoid standing in water.
Once washed let it dry naturally and oil with unscented oil.

 

1 * THE CALABASH

Handcrafted from dried Bottle Gourds is this Calabash which is  a staple in most African households. A must have item in your Kitchen pantry. 

USES

Use as a cup for your juices, drinks, porridge, smoothies etc 

Also used as a mould for African dishes such as Banku, Sadza, Rice balls etc
Please note patterns and colour may vary.

CARE

Handwash with soap and water using the Nylon Dish Sponge.

Rub with Lime juice and leave to dry naturally in a dried environment.

Handmade ladle perfect to scoop Juice, Water, etc

Avoid using to scoop any hot food as it might get stained.

The handmade ladle is unpolished and comes in a raw form.

CARE

Handle with care.

Rub with Lime juice.

Let it dry naturally.

Rinse before use.

Hand carved wooden stirrer. Prepare your Banku, Akple, Rice balls, Porridge, Sadza, Fufu etc using this double sided flat spatula.

CARE

Use the nylon sponge and water to scrub the wooden stirrer after each use 

Leave it to dry naturally in a dry environment.

The hand carved wooden scoop is used alongside the wooden stirrer when preparing Banku, Sadza, Akple, Rice balls etc

HOW TO USE 

Wet with water, add your soap, lathers and wash your dishes clean.

CARE
Once used rinse with water till it has no soap residue and hang to dry out naturally.

The Nylon dish sponge can last several years if the above care is implemented.

 
GENERAL CARE

Avoid standing any wooden item in Water. Once used wash immediately.
