USAGE

Best for Lamb, Mutton, Fish, Chicken, Vegetables  and  Rice dishes such as the Pilaf/Pilau (Braised Rice) recipe or Kebabs.

Dry roast spices for 3 minutes on a low heat to release the oil before each use

STORAGE

Store in a dark dry place. Ideal to be frozen.
