The spice blend is beautifully balanced. Warm, aromatic and fragrant without being overpowering. It worked very well in my fried rice, grilled vegetables and as chicken marinade. For everyone who enjoys bold warming spices in their cooking, I recommend this blend.

Koobi Blend - used it on a tomahawk steak for bbq and it was 👌.

Bolu Blend - this was used to season some duck on the bbq. It complemented the duck perfectly.

Most importantly, you can never go wrong with Ndudu products and this is a selection from our spices cupboard.

This Anchovies & Charred Green Pepper Marinade & Sauce delivers a smoky depth with that distinctive umami hit from the anchovies. I wasn’t sure how the pairing would play out, but it’s an instant flavour booster especially in a beef stew.

This smoked hake chilli sauce is packed with depth in the best way.
You get that lovely smokiness right away then a kick of chilli that’s not overpowering but beautifully balanced.

This hibiscus tea bursts with vibrant flavor, it is refreshing and I love the spice. Great taste and less time to prepare.

Had a sore throat since I came back from holiday and this has cured it in a couple of days. Added half a tea spoon and hot water with honey morning and night.
I’ve also made the iced version and it tastes divine 👌🏾

This raw honey is authentic high quality in my opinion. It tastes noticeably more complex than the standard supermarket varieties. I use it for my teas and skincare.
